  All I can say is wow....
  
  I have always been a fan of and supported small local businesses because usually you receive excellent customer service. I am absolutely disappointed beyond believe with the hot tub man. I have a problem with my recently purchased hot tub. I noticed the problem one day after my so-called 60 day warranty ran out. I was told that they would have to charge me $169 for a service call and to read the contract I signed because it states you have 60 days from the date of delivery if any problems arise. Still can't find the 60 day thing in my contract but oh well.... Just think it's a terrible way of doing business, so much for standing behind the products you sell. You lost a customer and free word-of-mouth advertising, hope it was worth it for maybe a half hours worth of your time.
  
  I believe the exact words from the owner were " if I start giving away free service calls, then I go out of business. " ( that's reassuring to hear) You should be ashamed, and if you're not, you should at least be embarrassed. Had I known this before I could have went to Gary Pools -saved some money on the tub and still received the same substandard customer service. Beware of this flimflam! If you value service after the sale I highly recommend shopping somewhere else. Don't bother posting a phony reply that says "we are sorry to hear you had a bad experience" we both know you don't mean it.
